The 2021 sponsorship puzzle is nearing completion for one of the newest teams to the Cup Series field.

Trackhouse confirmed on Tuesday that CommScope, a global leader in network infrastructure,  will join the team and driver Daniel Suarez for multiple races in 2021.

“We take great pride in attracting a company like CommScope to Trackhouse Racing,” said Trackhouse Racing owner Justin Marks whose team will make its first appearance at the Feb. 14 Daytona 500.

CommScope has been serving as a primary sponsor for Suarez since 2020 after the global network company acquired long-time partner ARRIS and Ruckus in 2018. ARRIS has backed the Mexico driver since his time with Venturini Motorsports in 2014 during his brief ARCA career. The bold orange color followed him to Joe Gibbs Racing, and then to Stewart-Haas Racing.

“CommScope’s support over the years has been vital to my career, and I am glad we have found a new home with Trackhouse Racing”, said Suarez. “Justin is building something special, and I think that will show on and off the track this season. Heck, the CommScope paint scheme is already one of the best I have ever seen!”

CommScope will take its first race as a primary sponsor on March 14 at Phoenix Raceway.

“We love what Trackhouse Racing and Daniel are doing this year—pursuing the NASCAR Cup while also lifting up disadvantaged students along the way,” says Koen ter Linde, senior vice president of global marketing at CommScope. “CommScope supports STEM education through our own community giving efforts, which reaffirms why we are so proud to sponsor Daniel again. CommScope’s mission is rooted in helping people connect—through our network solutions that enable communication and our support for diverse employees and cultures.”

Trackhouse has been making headlines in the past week announcing primary sponsorship deals with iFly, Pump It Up, and K1 Speed. The schemes, designed by Trackhouse’s Director of Creative and Digital Content Kyle Sykes, has caught the eyes of thousands in recent days on all forms of social media thanks to his complex, and bold eye for design.
