Sunday’s thrilling Big Machine Vodka 400 at the Brickyard, which was won by Kevin Harvick, scored a 1.9 overnight Nielsen Television rating.

There is no direct comparison to last year’s edition to the race, as last year’s Brickyard 400 was postponed until Monday and was aired on NBCSN, not NBC.

This event did score a 3.3 rating in 2017. However, unlike this edition of the race, it did not have to compete directly with the NFL opening weekend, as that edition was contested in July.
