It’s back-to-back at Berlin for William Sawalich, as he dominated the ARCA Berlin 200 at the short track winning practice and qualifying. Making it three wins on the 2024 ARCA Menards Series season and back-to-back wins as well in 2024 after winning at the Mid-Ohio Sportscar Course.

“We had a really good Starkey Soundgear Toyota Camry tonight. Can’t thank the guys enough. In practice, I didn’t know it was this good, but for sure proved a point here. Definitely, a tough track. Glad we got to tame it and beat everyone. So it felt pretty good,” the Eden Praire, MN native said post-race.

With the win, the No. 18 machine now leads the owners title.

“It’s cool. A turning point for the season.”

Lavar Scott came home second, his season and career best in the ARCA Menards Series.

In his return to Venturini Motorsports, Sean Hingorani managed to come home third in his return to the 20. His teammate Kris Wright came home fourth, picking up his third top-five finish of the season. Points leader Andres Perez came home fifth and led for just the second race of the season for him.

Just short in sixth was Toni Breidinger, continuing her string of top-10s after a seventh at Mid-Ohio. Second place in points Greg Van Alst also had a good rebound after tough weeks at Iowa and Mid-Ohio, coming home in seventh.

Gavan Boschele had a strong ARCA Menards Series debut, running as high as fourth, but after the second race break, mechanical issues hit the No. 55 JBL Audio Toyota Camry and relegated him to an eighth-place finish, one lap down.

Christan Rose and Amber Balcaen rounded out the top 10.

Up next, the ARCA Menards Series heads to Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park along with the ARCA Menards Series East for the Circle City 200.
