After a short track beating and banging Saturday night at Salem Speedway, the ARCA Menards Series heads north to take on the tight bullring of Elko Speedway for the Shore Lunch 250.
The series has been traveling to the track in Elko, MN since 2012 and has a stacked list of former winners, including Brennan Poole, Frank Kimmel, Grant Enfinger, Corey Heim, Sammy Smith, and Jesse Love who scored the win last year at the .375-mile oval.
Heading into the weekend, a local kid is looking to double down.
After dominating the field all day in Salem, William Sawalich looks to pick up the win in his home state of Minnesota. He’s won three of the last four races for the series and will be trying for his ninth win the ARCA Menards Series national platform.
While Sawalich is looking to double down on the short tracks, several drivers are looking to slow his role.
The Venturini Motorsports crew are looking to rebound after a rough night in Southern Indiana, this weekend Sean Hingorani and Isabella Robusto join the crew along with the regulars of Kris Wright, Amber Balcaen, and Toni Breidinger. The whole team looks to get their mojo back after only having one car in the top 10 at Salem.
For the first time since July 27, 2018 at Pocono, Venturini Motorsports fails to place a car inside the top-eight in an ARCA Menards Series event.

Other notables set to take on the tight track include Christian Rose, coming off his first top five since Talladega, Ryan Roulette coming off a career best eighth place run, Greg Van Alst, Bryce Haugeberg, and several others.
