In all the chaos and calamity that came from the ARCA Menards Series event at Salem Speedway, several drivers found themselves with incredible runs and career bests, one of those was Ryan Roulette who came home with an eighth-place finish when all was said and done. A new career-best for him in the ARCA platform, beating a 10th-place finish from Nashville in 2022.
“We are excited to come off our first Top 10 of the season where I achieved my career-best finish in ARCA of 8th place at Salem. The track was challenging, to say the least. Yet the character that makes Salem unique fits my style well and we capitalized on the opportunities. We have a lot of work to do still to be consistently in the Top 10 for the remainder of the season but we will absolutely celebrate this achievement,” the 38-year-old said. It was also a special night as his mom was in attendance and able to see the run.
Now, continuing on with his part-time run this season, the USAF pilot hits the north and is heading to Elko Speedway, once again with the Fast Track Racing crew and the No. 12 machine.

“Elko and Phoenix are the only two tracks this year that we have seen in previous seasons. Elko is special on our schedule because we have a lot of our family nearby in the Twin Cities. It’s always amazing to have 20+ friends and family in the stands supporting what you’re doing and Elko was an absolute blast for all of us last season even with all the fun weather we fought through that evening.”
Roulette made one of his two starts last year at the 0.375-mile oval in Elko, Minnesota. He managed a 12th-place finish that evening, but now he looks to get back-to-back top 10s.
Continuing his partnership with the Veterans of Foreign War, Roulette and the Fast Track team will welcome someone new to the crew.
“This week we will have Melissa Medbery with us as our honorary pit crew member. Melissa is currently serving as part of the Minnesota Army National Guard who has deployed and supported Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2004-2005. She is also in her second year as the Commander of Curtis-Olson VFW Post 9073 in Randall, MN. Where she has earned All-American Post as well as All-State Honors. We are proud to have her be a part of our team this weekend!”
Roulette and his team are set to hit the track this weekend in the ARCA Menards Series for the Shore Lunch 250 at Elko Speedway, live on FS1 at 8 p.m. CT / 9 p.m. ET
