In what was already an eventful day at Springfield, the race – that was finishing on a time limit – would come to an official end after a huge collision on the front straightaway.
Both Buddy Kofoid and Bryce Haugeberg walked away from this massive crash to end the Atlas 100 at the Springfield Mile

Buddy Kofoid was trying to track down the dominant Jesse Love for the race win, but would run into the slowing car of Bryce Haugeberg, launching the No. 12 car of Haugeberg into the air and onto its side.
Thankfully, both drivers climbed out of their vehicles and walked away from the crash.
Here is an additional view of the crash, which was filmed by Kaleb Vestal of Speedway Digest:
I caught the middle of the wreck. It was one of the hardest hits I’ve seen before at a race. Thankfully he is out of the car. #nascar #arca #atlas100 pic.twitter.com/lVSRv7Ynb6
