After some bumps in the road, late-model driver Christopher Tate is set to make his ARCA Menards Series debut in a few weeks at Iowa Speedway.

“Alright, let’s try this again…Same team, same scheme, same goal,” Tate said in a post to this X page about the new opportunity to get back behind the wheel.

The Chico, TX native is once again teaming up with Fast Track Racing to pilot the No. 10 Chevy with  T-Top Manufacturing as part of the car along with Sunwest Construction LLC, Cash Customs, Remington Cartee Music, and Lukes Playhouse Wellness Center & Gym are also hopping on board Christopher’s machine for the Atlas 150.

“It means the world to finally make my debut. All be it, it’s not where we originally planned, but any time I get to strap in behind the wheel it’s always a dream come true because you never know when you’ll get to do it again,” he told TobyChristie.com

Tate had to delay his plans from Memorial Day Weekend, but he still planned to pay homage to Armed Forces members to make good on their promise.

“It may not be Memorial Day weekend, but I’ll still be carrying the names honoring both PFC Zachary Riffle and LCpl Jonathan Gierke on the car,” he added.

Tate has been part of late-model racing for a long time and has been part of the 3F Racing development program for several years.

“Beyond excited, and motivated to make the most of this opportunity to showcase my determination of making it in this sport.”

He still aims for his goal of competing in NASCAR.

“While my ultimate goal has been and still is to compete in NASCAR on a full-time basis, this is a major step in the right direction and accomplishes one of the many goals I look to achieve in my career,” he said about the original opportunity at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

You can catch Tate in the Fast Track Racing Enterprises No. 10 at Iowa Speedway for the Atlas 150 on June 14th in their race with the ARCA Menards Series East live on Fox Sports 1 at 8 P.M. EST.
