Bret Holmes Racing Finalizes Schedule for ARCA, NCWTS Competition in 2021

After making the team’s first two starts in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series at Las Vegas and Atlanta, Bret Holmes Racing has officially announced the remainder of their racing schedule for the 2021 season, comprised of 23 events split between drivers Sam Mayer and Bret Holmes.

Bret Holmes Racing Expands into NASCAR Camping World Truck Series; Hires Sam Mayer for Select ARCA and Truck Events

In the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, the organization will field the No. 32 Chevrolet Silverado in an additional 12 events this season, with the team’s third event scheduled for April 17th at Richmond Raceway, where Sam Mayer will make his first of five scheduled NCWTS starts for Bret Holmes Racing.

  • March 5th – Las Vegas Motor Speedway – Bret Holmes (finished 37th)
  • March 20th – Atlanta Motor Speedway – Bret Holmes (finished 32nd)
  • April 17th – Richmond Raceway – Sam Mayer
  • May 1 – Kansas Speedway – Bret Holmes
  • May 22nd – Circuit of The Americas – Sam Mayer
  • May 28th – Charlotte Motor Speedway – Bret Holmes
  • June 12th – Texas Motor Speedway – Bret Holmes
  • June 18th – Nashville Superspeedway – Bret Holmes
  • June 26th – Pocono Raceway – Bret Holmes
  • August 7th – Watkins Glen International – Sam Mayer
  • September 16th – Bristol Motor Speedway – Sam Mayer
  • October 2nd – Talladega Superspeedway – Bret Holmes
  • October 30th – Martinsville Speedway – Sam Mayer
  • November 5th – Phoenix Raceway – Bret Holmes

In the ARCA Menards Series, Bret Holmes and Sam Mayer will each contest at least a half-dozen events for the organization and will share the racetrack in a pair of events at Michigan International Speedway and Kansas Speedway.

  • May 1st – Kansas Speedway – Bret Holmes
  • May 29th – Charlotte Motor Speedway – Bret Holmes
  • June 4th – Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course – Sam Mayer
  • June 25th – Pocono Raceway – Sam Mayer
  • July 24th – Iowa Speedway – Bret Holmes
  • August 6th – Watkins Glen International – Sam Mayer
  • August 20th – Michigan International Speedway – Sam Mayer & Bret Holmes
  • August 29th – Milwaukee Mile – Sam Mayer
  • September 16th – Bristol Motor Speedway – Sam Mayer
  • October 23rd – Kansas Speedway – Sam Mayer & Bret Holmes

Shane Huffman – an important member of the 2020 ARCA Menards Series championship-winning team — will serve as the crew chief for Bret Holmes Racing in both the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series and ARCA Menards Series this season.
