It’s time to kick off the second half of the 2023 ARCA Menards Series season as the series heads to Brooklyn, Michigan to compete on the 2-mile Michigan International Speedway.

Race No. 11 of the 20 race season will be a companion event with the NASCAR Xfinity Series and NASCAR Cup Series, which are also in Michigan this weekend.

Michigan International Speedway has hosted ARCA Menards Series events since the 1980 season. The first ARCA event at the track was won by Joe Ruttman. Jeff Purvis and Tim Steele hold the all-time ARCA win record at the fast oval with three wins apiece.

Over the years, this race has served as an indicator of next-level talent as drivers such as Nick Sanchez, Ty Gibbs, Riley Herbst, Sheldon Creed, Brandon Jones, Chris Buescher, Ty Dillon, and Parker Kligerman have all tasted the spoils of victory lane in the ARCA Menards Series at Michigan.

Notable Entry List Notes:

Gage Rodgers will make his third-career ARCA Menards Series start in the No. 10 Fast Track Racing entry.

Connor Mosack is set to make his next-to-last ARCA Menards Series start of the 2023 campaign, as he’ll once again pilot the No. 18 Toyota for Joe Gibbs Racing.

Kris Wright will make his debut start with Venturini Motorsports in the No. 55 Toyota Camry. Wright has amassed 16 NASCAR Xfinity Series starts and 45 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series starts since the 2020 season.

Wright has eight top-10 finishes in 13 starts in ARCA competition.
