After taking some time in the dirt and a few weeks off, the ARCA Menards Series is set to hit the track this Friday for the high-speed twists and turns of Watkins Glen for the General Tire 100 At The Glen.

This weekend’s 41-lap event marks just the fourth time the series has hit the 2.45-mile road course. Former winners at the famed Glen include John Finger in 2001, Corey Heim, Brandon Jones, and last year’s winner in a last-lap pass of Jesse Love.

While the 2023 ARCA Menards Series driver champ isn’t running the race, last year’s runner-up is set to get some redemption. ARCA Menards Series East points leader Connor Zilisch is looking to take home the trophy this weekend. He was dominant last year, leading 34 of the 42 laps.

Several others though are looking to play spoiler for the Mooresville native.

The driver sitting second in the points for the East, William Sawalich, looks to stop the run by the hot shoe Zilisch. Sawalich is coming off a second place in DuQuoin. The Eden Praire, MN native managed a fourth place here last season and is looking for more.

A father-son duo is set to try their hand on track this weekend. ARCA veteran Dale Quarterley and his son Alex are set to race this weekend, with the help of fan favorite Willie Mullins as the crew chief on Alex’s car.

Road course ace and almost winner at Mid-Ohio Connor Mosack is set to run in a deal with Sigma Performance’s No. 23 machine. The Charlotte native was set to win at the other road course, but received a black flag on the final restart, costing him the win.

NASCAR Xfinity Series winner Brandon Jones is set to also run this weekend’s ARCA event, piloting the No. 42 for Cook Racing Technologies, along with teammate Marco Andretti in the No. 17 machine.

Other notables include Dylan Lupton in the Rette Jones Racing No. 30, Thomas Annuzuata in the No. 44, Ryan Gemmell in the No. 29 for the returning Nemco Motorsports, and several others.

You can catch the General Tire 100 At The Glen live on FS1 at 5 PM E.T.
