After an exciting and chaotic start to the 2023 ARCA Menards West Series season, and after a few weeks off we head to Kern County Raceway Park for the third race of the season.

This weekend will be the 13th time the West Series has visited the half-mile oval. Former winners include Taylor Gray, Landen Lewis, Derek Kraus (with a dominant four wins in a row), and Dylan Lupton among others.

After taking the upset win at Phoenix to open the season, Tyler Reif hopes to continue his good run. The Henderson, NV driver finished third at Irwindale and sits atop the points, but only by two over Landen Lewis, a former winner here. Lewis is the most recent ARCA winner at Kern County from 2022.

Trevor Huddleston, Bradley Erickson, and Kyle Keller round out the top five in points.

Heading into the weekend’s events, rookie Sean Hingorani looks to continue his success after taking his first career ARCA win at Irwindale. The Newport Beach, CA native now sits sixth in the ARCA West Points standings. He looks to build off a tough start to the ARCA West Series after finishing 16th in the season opener at Phoenix.

After making his ARCA West debut and ending it in a crash. Rookie Jake Bollman looks to bounce back from his 12th-place finish this weekend. Bollman will be back in the no. 55, teamed up with Huddleston and High Point Racing.

The NAPA Auto Parts BlueDEF 150 at Kern County Raceway Park is set for a green flag at 11:15 P.M. ET/ 8:15 p.m. PT. You can watch the race live on FloRacing or listen live on ARCARacing.com.
