The ‘musical chairs’ game of seats and rides to start the 2024 ARCA Menards Series season is in full swing. Now, with just under three weeks before the race at Daytona, driver Becca Monopoli is teaming up with Mixon Racing and Mike Harmon Racing to make a dream come true.

Becca Monopoli announced today that she will be piloting the No. 47 Toyota Camry for the ARCA Menards Series race at the high banks.

The Lakeland, FL. native tested back in January with Fast Track Racing. She is also part of the Florida Sheriff’s Youth Ranches, which is a non-profit organization that assists at-risk youth.

“I am grateful to have the support of my family, my team, and my sponsors who have believed in me, as I set forth on my amazing journey into NASCAR,” Monopoli said. “I have been to many races at the track, and for me now to have this opportunity, going from the stands to the driver’s seat is a dream come true,” she added.

Monopoli is a regular in the PRO TRUCK Series with 94 feature wins and a 20-time champion, she has also been part of the Kulwicki Driver Development Program in 2021.

“She’s a natural, she’s demonstrated great car control, listened, and provided great feedback of the car and what it needed to go faster,” said former NASCAR Xfinity Series driver and current team owner Mike Harmon.

“Becca is darn good, she’s one to watch out for, she jumped into a drafting situation like a pro. I was dang proud of her,” he added.

Mixon Racing will be running the car and team with support from Mike Harmon’s Xfinity team.

You can catch the debut of Lakeland, FL’s Becca Monopoli in the ARCA Menards Series live from Daytona International Speedway on Fox Sports 1 on February 17th at 1:30 PM ET.
