On Thursday, Hendrick Motorsports revealed a special paint scheme that Chase Elliott will run in the upcoming Busch Light Clash at the LA Memorial Coliseum, an exhibition event that is scheduled for Sunday, February 4.

The scheme will feature a metallic pearl white base coat as well as iconic NAPA blue stripes and accents. The car will also have a blue No. 9 on the top and sides of the car, which will feature NAPA gold outlines.

On the hood of the car will be the Gold NAPA logo, while the NAPA Auto Parts logo on the sides of the car will be all blue.

The 2020 NASCAR Cup Series champion heads into the 2024 NASCAR Cup Series season as a six-time NASCAR Cup Series Most Popular Driver. The 28-year-old racer narrowly missed the NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs for the first time in his career in 2023 following missing seven races (six due to injury and one due to a suspension).

Elliott, crew chief Alan Gustafson, and the No. 9 Hendrick Motorsports team will look to return to their winning ways during the 2024 season.

The young racer has already racked up 18 victories in eight full seasons in the NASCAR Cup Series.

Elliott finished 11th in the inaugural Busch Light Clash at the LA Memorial Coliseum in 2022, and he came home 21st in the 2023 edition of the event.
