Michael Fisher will join Front Row Motorsports for a full-time NASCAR Cup Series gig in 2024, serving as the spotter for Michael McDowell and the No. 34 Ford Mustang, the organization confirmed to TobyChristie.com on Thursday.

Fisher has spent the last couple of seasons as a road course spotter for various drivers across NASCAR’s top-three series – including Brad Keselowski, Josh Berry, Brandon Brown, and Hailie Deegan.

The upcoming campaign will mark the seventh full-time season together for McDowell and Front Row Motorsports, in which time the Phoenix, Arizona native has collected a pair of victories, as well as two berths into the NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs.

Since the 2022 debut of the seventh-generation racecar for the NASCAR Cup Series, the 39-year-old driver has shown amazing strength with Front Row Motorsports, collecting 20 top-10 finishes in the last two years — more than McDowell had in his first 393 starts.

Clayton Hughes, who was spotting for the No. 34 when McDowell captured his first career victory in the 2021 Daytona 500, will not be returning to the Bob Jenkins-owned organization in 2024, after three seasons as the team’s spotter.

Brit Andersen will continue to be partnered with Todd Gilliland and Front Row Motorsports in 2024, serving as the spotter of the No. 38 Ford Mustang, the organization also confirmed to TobyChristie.com.

The spotter market continues to be volatile this season, with several high-profile spotters jumping between organizations for next season, including: Josh Williams (Zane Smith), Tim Fedewa (Ryan Blaney), Eddie D’Hondt (Josh Berry), and Andy Houston (Noah Gragson.
