UniFirst Expands Primary Sponsorship of Chase Elliott to Five Races in 2024

Hendrick Motorsports unveiled the Unifirst paint scheme for Chase Elliott’s No. 9 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 in 2024 on Monday morning, and while the scheme looks mostly unchanged, the partnership between the team and the brand is expanding next season.

The green, black, and white Unifirst colors will adorn Elliott’s No. 9 car in five races during the 2024 NASCAR Cup Series season, which is up from three races in 2023.

“We are thrilled about this upcoming season as it marks our expanded partnership with Hendrick Motorsports, Chase, and the entire No. 9 team,” said David Katz, UniFirst Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “The No. 9 UniFirst Chevy looks great on the racetrack with its iconic green paint scheme that embodies our brand. We’re excited to offer fans more opportunities to see Chase deliver wins behind the wheel of this dynamic car.”

Unifirst will get its first ride on the No. 9 car at Richmond Raceway in the spring. The brand will also serve as the primary sponsor for Elliott at Martinsville in the spring, Darlington throwback weekend, the fall Kansas race, and the Charlotte ROVAL.

Chase Elliott 2024 Unifirst Primary Sponsorship Schedule

  • March 31 – Richmond Raceway
  • April 7 – Martinsville Speedway
  • May 12 – Darlington Raceway
  • September 29 – Kansas Speedway
  • October 13 – Charlotte Motor Speedway ROVAL

While he has yet to taste the spoils of victory in the Unifirst colors, Elliott has had some solid success in the paint scheme since he partnered with the company in 2020.

In 10 starts with the Unifirst paint scheme, Elliott has recorded two top-five finishes and five top-10s. He’ll look to snag his first win with Unifirst this season.

“I’m excited to get back behind the wheel of the UniFirst Chevy next year and race for more wins,” said Elliott, who was recently honored as NASCAR’s Most Popular Driver for the sixth consecutive year. “It’s been great seeing the partnership with UniFirst continue to grow over time. We’ve had a lot of memorable moments together over the years and I’m looking forward to many more.”

Elliott, who missed the NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs for the first time in his career after being absent for seven races due to a combination of injury and suspension in 2023, is looking for an overall return to form in 2024.
