Kaz Grala and Ryan Sieg have heavy damage to their vehicles, after a multi-car accident in Xfinity Series practice from New Hampshire Motor Speedway.

Well, that’s certainly not ideal.

In the closing minutes of Friday’s NASCAR Xfinity Series practice at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, a crash between Ryan Sieg and Kaz Grala damaged both of their vehicles heavily and brought more work to their respective teams.

The crash started when Ryan Sieg appeared to lose brakes at the entrance of the first corner, sending his No. 39 Ford Mustang into the corner at a high rate of speed, before sliding out of control into the side of Kaz Grala.

Both drivers would impact the outside wall significantly, ending the chances of either driver scoring a solid starting spot for Saturday’s Ambetter Health 200 at the 1.058-mile facility.

Kaz Grala, driving the No. 26 Toyota GR Supra for Sam Hunt Racing, had placed fourth place in the 20-minute practice session from New Hampshire, while Ryan Sieg was sitting inside the top-20, in 20th, in his No. 39 Ford Mustang.
