TRICON Garage has added two-time NASCAR Cup Series race winner Bubba Wallace to the driver roster of its No. 1 Toyota Tundra, as Wallace will compete in the upcoming NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series events at Darlington Raceway and North Wilkesboro Speedway.

The team made the announcement on Thursday in the form of a press release.

“We’re thrilled to have Bubba in one of our trucks at Darlington at North Wilkesboro. Having a Cup Series driver with his level of experience join us will only help elevate our program,” said TRICON Garage partner Johnny Gray. “We fully believe we will have multiple entries in contention for the win at both races and the No. 1 will be no exception.”

According to the team, Wallace will carry primary sponsorship from Stone Country Records recording artist Annie Bosko at Darlington Raceway. Bosko will be promoting her debut album, Caged Bird.

The following week at North Wilkesboro Speedway, Wallace will have the colors of Pristine Auctions on the No. 1 truck.

Wallace joins a growing list of drivers for the TRICON Garage No. 1 team in 2023, which has already included Jason White, Kaz Grala, Layne Riggs, William Sawalich, Toni Breidinger (running this weekend at Kansas Speedway) and Jesse Love.

In addition to his two NASCAR Cup Series wins, the 29-year-old full-time driver for 23XI Racing also has six NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race wins on his resume. Wallace will look to add a couple of more trophies to the mantle this time around with TRICON Garage.
