Chris Buescher and the No. 17 RFK Racing team, which has had a very good 2022 season, will have a new partner when the NASCAR Cup Series reaches Auto Club Speedway in February, the second race of the 2023 season.

Pala Casino Spa Resort, which will have naming rights of the race — the Pala Casino 400 — will also plaster its colors and branding all over the No. 17 Ford Mustang.

The Casino and Resort have been dabbling in the NASCAR space as a sponsor for years, but they are ready to take the next step with their partnership of Buescher, who scored his second-career NASCAR Cup Series win this season.

“As a casino that greatly appreciated competitive racing, Pala is thrilled to be the title sponsor of the Pala Casino 400 race in Fontana, and this historic final race at the Auto Club Speedway,” said Pala Casino spokesperson Coley McAvoy.  “We value our new partnership with Chris Buescher and RFK Racing, as well as our continued partnership with NASCAR as we look forward to a very exciting event in February.”

Pala Casino will be going all out for the final race ever on the 2-mile layout for Auto Club Speedway in Fontana, California.

“Our fans will notice right away the enthusiasm Pala Casino brings to the table,” said Auto Club Speedway President Dave Allen. “They are determined to create an unforgettable experience for our fans, and we look forward to working with them to make this final race on the 2-mile oval an event for the ages.”
