The No. 11 AJ Foyt Racing Chevrolet driven by NTT IndyCar Series rookie Tatiana Calderon will not compete at the upcoming Honda Indy Toronto.

The entry ran the last round at Mid-Ohio despite being at the center of funding issues with primary sponsor ROKiT. However, AJ Foyt Racing confirmed it will miss the 10th round of the NTT IndyCar Series schedule, with no set timetable to return to the grid. Calderon has been running a partial schedule on only the road and street courses, recording a best finish of 15th (GMR Grand Prix at Indianapolis Motor Speedway road course) in seven IndyCar starts.

A statement from the team read, “The No. 11 entry scheduled to be driven by Tatiana Calderón on the street and road courses this season will miss the event in Toronto due to an interruption in sponsorship funding. It is undetermined at this time when the car will return to action.”
