Nick Sanchez, who made his NASCAR Xfinity Series debut with BJ McLeod Motorsports earlier this season at Phoenix Raceway, will officially run six more NXS events for the team during the 2022 season.

“I’m really looking forward to expanding my 2022 Xfinity Series schedule with BJMM,” said Sanchez. “I’m excited to continue to work and grow as a driver with this organization.”

BJ McLeod Motorsports made Sanchez’s 2022 schedule official in a press release on Friday morning.

The six races that Sanchez will contest during the remainder of the 2022 season include: Charlotte Motor Speedway (May 28th), Pocono Raceway (July 23rd), Michigan International Speedway (August 6th), Kansas Speedway (September 10th), Bristol Motor Speedway (September 16th), and Homestead-Miami Speedway (October 22nd).

BJMM team owner BJ McLeod is antsy to see what Sanchez can achieve in his cars the rest of this season.

“Nick is a talented driver and determined student when it comes to racing,” said McLeod. “He is passionate about the sport. We are excited to see his hard work transfer to the Xfinity Series and witness the results that follow.”

Sanchez finished 26th in his NASCAR Xfinity Series debut. Importantly, the young racer avoided trouble all race and finished all but two of the laps in the race.
