Wilson, who has spent the last couple of years as crew chief for Team Penske’s NASCAR Xfinity Series program, will finally graduate to the NASCAR Cup Series as a full-time crew chief.
The Team Penske employee replaces Jonathan Hassler as crew chief of the No. 21, after Hassler was named the crew chief for Ryan Blaney’s No. 12 Ford Mustang in 2022.
As far as Team Penske’s Xfinity Series program, there have been no official announcements on it’s status at the time of publishing.
