Taylor Gray and David Gilliland Racing entered Saturday Night’s NAPA Autocare 150 at All American Speedway on a two-race win streak, after triumphs at Portland International Raceway and Las Vegas Motor Speedway’s Bullring, but the win streak won’t continue, as the 16-year-old was involved in a four-car accident 50 laps into the event.

The accident happened when Paul Pedroncelli Jr in the No. 33 got into the back of Gray, spinning his Ripper Coffee Company Ford Fusion around in turn two. In the aftermath, Brian Kamisky in the No. 80 and Josh Fanopoulos in the No. 21 slammed into the No. 17, causing race-ending damage to all three vehicles.
