Post-race technical inspection following Sunday’s NASCAR Cup Series Jockey Made in America 250 at Road America has been completed.

Chase Elliott’s race-winning No. 9 Hendrick Motorsports Chevrolet Camaro has passed. As a result, NASCAR has declared Elliott and his team the official winners of the race.

This marks Elliott’s second win of the 2021 NASCAR Cup Series season, it’s his 13th-career win in NCS competition and it’s his seventh victory on a road course in the series, which puts him third all-time behind Jeff Gordon (9) and Tony Stewart (8).

Chase Briscoe’s No. 14 car had two unsecured lug nuts in post-race inspection, which should result in the suspension of his crew chief Johnny Klausmeier for a race.

No other issues were discovered in post-race inspection, which means all results and standings following Sunday’s race are now considered official.
