Both Corey LaJoie and Anthony Alfredo came into Saturday’s Pocono Organics CBD 325 on a run of good finishes in the NASCAR Cup Series and looked to continue their streaks of good fortune into both races at Pocono Raceway this weekend.

The accident happened with LaJoie and Alfredo were in a three wide situation with Aric Almirola exiting the third turn, when LaJoie’s No. 7 NationsGuard Chevrolet Camaro pushed up into Alfredo’s No. 38, causing both cars to significantly smack the outside wall.

However, both drivers would be able to continue in the race, with Alfredo staying on the lead lap, while LaJoie had to fall laps down making repairs in the pits to his Spire Motorsports Chevrolet.
