TobyChristie.com has learned that Grant Enfinger – a six-time winner in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series — will get back behind the wheel of the No. 9 Chevrolet Silverado for CR7 Motorsports when the series travels to Kansas Speedway for Saturday’s Wise Power 200.

While Christian Eckes contests his third event of the season with ThorSport Racing, Enfinger will be piloting the CR7 Motorsports entry at Kansas, a track where the Fairhope, Alabama-native has scored three consecutive top-five finishes.

Grant County Mulch – the main form of funding for the single-truck organization — is expected to serve as the primary sponsor of the No. 9 on Saturday, as Enfinger looks for his first victory of the season and the first for CR7 Motorsports.

Kansas will mark the second time the 36-year-old has gotten behind the wheel of a CR7 Motorsports truck, joining forces with the organization at Las Vegas in March, recording a seventh-place finish, the team’s best result on an intermediate track.

Through six races this season, Enfinger has tried to piece together a full schedule, but failed to attempt the series’ second event of the season at Daytona’s Road Course, making him unable to qualify for the series’ playoffs, despite currently sitting seventh in points.

The NASCAR Camping World Truck Series heads to Kansas Speedway for the Wise Power 200 on Saturday, May 1st at 7:30PM / EST. Live coverage of the event can be found on FOX Sports 1, MRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio (Ch. 90).
