Matt Noyce will join Niece Motorsports as the crew chief of the team’s No. 44 Chevrolet Silverado, beginning this weekend at Richmond Raceway, according to NASCAR’s Team Roster Portal.

Noyce, whose only NASCAR Camping World Truck Series victory came last season at Darlington, served as the crew chief for Derek Kraus and the McAnally Hilgemann Racing No. 19 through the first five races of the year, before being replaced by Mark Hillman.

Tim Mooney served as the crew chief of the team’s No. 44 for the first five races of the year, working with James Buescher, Jett Noland, Conor Daly, Ross Chastain and Kyle Larson. Through multiple on-track incidents and only a single top-10 finish at Atlanta, the team currently sits 33rd in Owner Points entering Richmond, where Jett Noland will make his second start of the season.
