Post-race technical inspection following Sunday’s NASCAR Cup Series Dixie Vodka 400 at Homestead-Miami Speedway has been completed.

William Byron’s race-winning No. 24 Axalta Chevrolet Camaro has passed. As a result, NASCAR has declared Byron and his Hendrick Motorsports team the winners of the race. Byron is now officially a two-time winner in the NASCAR Cup Series.

Byron led a race-high and career-high 102 laps on his way to victory over Tyler Reddick.

Martin Truex Jr.’s No. 19 car, Kyle Busch’s No. 18 car, Ross Chastain’s No. 42 car, Tyler Reddick’s No. 8 car, Cole Custer’s No. 41 car and Chase Elliott’s No. 9 car all had one unsecured lug nut. Those infractions will result in a monetary fine for their crew chiefs.

No other issues were discovered in post-race inspection, which means all results and standings from Sunday’s race are now considered official.
