Brett Moffitt and Vinnie Miller tangled halfway through stage two, sending both the No. 78 and No. 02 into the outside wall in turn three. The incident started when Moffitt tried to make it four-wide at the end of the back straightaway, causing contact with Miller’s No. 78, sending both into the outside wall hard.

Neither Moffitt nor Miler were able to continue with the damage that they had, relegating both drivers to poor finishes on Saturday, meaning a poor starting position on Sunday Afternoon.
