According to a new report from Bob Pockrass, sources are saying that Clint Bowyer has signed a contract to remain in Stewart-Haas Racing’s No. 14 Ford Mustang for the 2020 season.

An attempt to confirm the report with the race team by Pockrass was returned with no comment.

There was speculation earlier in the season, that three of the four drivers for SHR could be different in 2020. However, in recent weeks Aric Almirola has been re-signed, and now it appears Bowyer is as well.

This leaves just Daniel Suarez as the only SHR not finalized for 2020.

Rumors have stated that Suarez is close to a contract extension, but it is contingent on sponsorship. If sponsorship is not found for the No. 41, expect Cole Custer to join the Cup Series team next year.
