Norm Benning is one of the most beloved underdogs in NASCAR history. Many still talk about his incredible drive to make the show in the first-ever NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series Dirt Derby at Eldora.

Well, if you live in the Michigan area and are somewhat mechanically inclined, Benning could use your help.

Unfortunately, one of his crew members has a vehicle that has broken down on the way to the track. Another of his crew guys is not available as there is an illness in their family. Benning posted the message asking for help on Facebook.

If you’ve ever wanted to be a member of a NASCAR team, here is your chance to get a little spot duty work on your resume, while helping one of the little guys at the same time.
