Ryan Blaney has won the 2025 NASCAR Cup Series Championship Race at Phoenix Raceway in a photo finish with Brad Keselowski. However, with a third-place result on the afternoon, Kyle Larson is the 2025 NASCAR Cup Series champion.
Blaney was able to take over the lead in NASCAR Overtime, as the hungry back behind attempted to navigate throughout the drivers at the front who stayed on the racetrack, beating Brad Keselowski to the start-finish line by 0.097 seconds.
Kyle Larson was the highest-finishing of the four Championship 4 drivers, in third, and thus was crowned the 2025 NASCAR Cup Series Champion. Joey Logano came home fourth with Kyle Busch in fifth.
After dominating the afternoon at Phoenix Raceway, Denny Hamlin came up short of a NASCAR Cup Series championship again, finishing the race in sixth and coming home with a second-place finish in points.
Josh Berry, Michael McDowell, Ryan Preece, and Chase Elliott all secured top-10 runs, as well.
Chase Briscoe and William Byron both suffered tire issues throughout the afternoon and finished 18th and 33rd, respectively, bringing home a third and fourth-place finish in the championship run.
