2025 NCTS Slim Jim 200 Starting Lineup (Martinsville)

Layne Riggs was quickest in practice for Friday’s Slim Jim 200 at Martinsville Speedway, and as it turns out, the Front Row Motorsports driver will be starting on the pole for the second-to-last NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series event of 2025.

With a lap time of 19.478 seconds (97.217mph), Riggs collected his third career pole in the NASCAR Truck Series, all three of which have come this season. It’s the third-fastest qualifying time in the history of the Truck Series at Martinsville.

Gio Ruggiero, winner of last weekend’s Love’s RV Stop 225 at Talladega Superspeedway, will start alongside Riggs in Friday’s 200-lapper from the half-mile paperclip, while defending NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series champion Ty Majeski will roll from the third position.

Corey Heim, the only driver with a guaranteed position in the Championship 4 courtesy of a victory at the Charlotte Motor Speedway ROVAL, will start from fifth place, with Kaden Honeycutt rounding out the top five in the No. 52 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro for Halmar Friesen Racing.

NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series playoff drivers Tyler Ankrum, Rajah Caruth, Grant Enfinger, and Daniel Hemric will start positions six through nine, with Andres Perez De Lara rounding out the top-10 in the No. 44 Chevrolet for Niece Motorsports.

Other notables include: Ben Rhodes (11th), Brenden Queen (13th), Chandler Smith (18th), Brent Crews (21st), Jake Garcia (22nd), Toni Breidinger (24th), Casey Mears (27th), and Frankie Muniz (32nd).
