Well, that’s not how they drew it up. With 30 laps to go in Saturday’s NASCAR Xfinity Series Dead On Tools 250 at Martinsville Speedway, the track was blocked when nine cars piled into each other in Turn 4.
The incident appeared to be triggered by contact between playoff contender Austin Hill and Myatt Snider.

In addition to Hill and Snider, Patrick Emerling, CJ McLaughlin, Howie DiSavino III, Jeremy Clements, Kris Wright, Stefan Parsons and Mason Massey were all involved.
