Hattori Racing Enterprises has tapped Sean Hingorani, a rising star in the ARCA Menards Series, to drive the team’s No. 61 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro at The Milwaukee Mile, in what will serve as his NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series debut.

Fidelity Capital, a nationwide provider of equipment and software financing, will serve as the primary sponsor of the organization’s second entry in the Clean Harbors 175 at the one-mile facility.

“I’m looking forward to joining Hattori Racing Enterprises in the No. 61 Fidelity Capital Toyota Tundra TRD Pro for the weekend in Milwaukee,” said Hingorani. “The No. 61 ran well at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park and we are going to try and build on that success.”

Adding the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series event to his schedule, Hingorani will now be running double-duty at The Milwaukee Mile, as he’ll also compete in the ARCA Menards Series event for Venturini Motorsports.

“The [Hattori Racing Enterprises] team puts a quality truck on track and is really looking to get both trucks in the mix at the front,” Hingorani added. “I’m looking forward to getting a full practice session under my belt ahead of my debut. It is great to have Fidelity Capital on board with us for the weekend and look to have a great debut race in the Craftsman Truck Series.”

The 16-year-old driver currently competes in a hybrid ARCA Menards Series schedule with Venturini Motorsports, which includes full-season efforts in the East and West Series, along with a part-time effort on the national scene.

In 22 starts with Venturini Motorsports, Hingorani has secured three wins, with 10 top-five and 12 top-10 efforts, along with three pole positions. That prowess is what excited team owner Shige Hattori about the effort.

“Sean has shown a lot of potential in his short career and we’re happy to have a driver of his caliber join HRE,” said Hattori. “He has won in many different types of race cars, which will prove to be beneficial. I think he has the ability to be successful with our team. We look forward to having a great run in Milwaukee for our new partner Fidelity Capital.”

The Milwaukee Mile will mark just the fourth time this season that the organization’s second entry has made an appearance on-track, having run twice at North Wilkesboro and Pocono with Christopher Bell, and once at IRP with Jake Drew. In four starts this season, the entry has a best result of fourth at Pocono.
