Matt DiBenedetto will have a fresh new look on his No. 25 Rackley W.A.R. Chevrolet Silverado this week at the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Pinty’s Dirt Race at Bristol Motor Speedway. T.W. Frierson Contractor, Inc. will bring their bold yellow colors to the truck.

DiBenedetto, 30, feels his team has a chance to shine in the grime of the Bristol dirt.

“This is truly a unique race being only one of two dirt track races on our schedule this year,” DiBenedetto said in a team release. “I can’t imagine T.W. Frierson coming in for a more exciting and notable event. I’m looking forward to meeting all of their folks, and we as a team feel confident in our chances this weekend. I come from a dirt track background, so we’re definitely looking forward to this one.”

T.W. Frierson, like Rackley W.A.R., is headquartered in Tennessee and the two parties are happy to be forging a relationship together in the racing world.

“Rackley W.A.R. is extremely excited to bring T.W. Frierson into the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series as a co-sponsor for this spectacular Tennessee-based event. We have had a tremendous amount of sponsor opportunities this year but we have chosen to be extremely picky,” said Rackley W.A.R. CEO Curtis Sutton. “I have personally worked with T.W. Frierson for more than fifteen years and when you have an opportunity to work with T.W. Frierson you truly have a partner.”

For T.W. Frierson, it’s all about partnering with folks who have integrity.

“As a 100% employee-owned company, T.W. Frierson is thrilled to join Rackley W.A.R. in co-sponsoring this exciting event,” said Kit Ozburn, President of T.W. Frierson. “As we have partnered on many significant projects across the region together, we are grateful to be considered by a truly exceptional trade partner like Rackley Roofing Co. and Rackley W.A.R. Defined by our core values, T.W. Frierson is incredibly thankful to enjoy both a professional and personal relationship with Rackley W.A.R., who also demonstrates the highest level of integrity and service.”

DiBenedetto, who is in the middle of his first-ever season in NASCAR Camping World Truck Series competition, sits 14th in the championship standings after five races. DiBenedetto’s best finish of the season, so far, is a sixth-place effort, which came at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

Of course, before moving to the NCWTS this season, DiBendetto had run the last seven seasons in the NASCAR Cup Series. In 248 NCS starts, DiBenedetto had scored nine top-five finishes and 31 top-10s and he even made it into the 2020 NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs and finished 13th in the championship standings that season.
