Among other week-to-week changes, include Blaine Perkins driving the No. 02 for Our Motorsports, Joe Graf, Jr. returning to the No. 19 for Joe Gibbs Racing, and Leland Honeyman making his second career start for Alpha Prime Racing,

FRS Racing, a brand-new Xfinity Series team running part-time in 2023, will make its series debut at Richmond, with Kyle Weatherman behind the wheel of the No. 96 Chevrolet Camaro.

The No. 17 for Hendrick Motorsports, No. 50 for Pardus Racing, and the No. 88 for JR Motorsports will not be entered at Richmond, after competing at Circuit of The Americas with drivers William Byron, Preston Pardus, and Miguel Paludo.
