After spending the last three seasons competing in the NASCAR Xfinity Series for Alpha Prime Racing, Ryan Ellis is seeking out a change, jumping over to DGM Racing for the 2025 campaign.

The native of Ashburn, Virginia will be piloting a DGM Racing for the entire 33-race slate in the NASCAR Xfinity Series next season, working with the organization owned and operated by Mario Gosselin and the Gosselin family.

“Chatting with Mario about his plans for the program in 2025 convinced me that joining DGM was something I couldn’t pass up. He’s a racer, and his enthusiasm was immediately contagious,” Ellis states. “I have so much respect for what the Gosselin family has built, and I hope that we can turn some heads together next year. I’ve seen just how high the potential is at DGM, and I can’t wait to be a part of it.”

An official announcement from DGM Racing comes shortly after Ellis confirmed to TobyChristie.com that he wouldn’t return to Alpha Prime Racing – the multi-car Xfinity Series program co-owned by Tommy Joe Martins and Caesar Bacarella – in 2025.

“We are thrilled to welcome Ryan to our family and looking forward to advancing our Xfinity program together. Solidifying next year’s season this early on is huge for our small team. Having the resources this soon gives us the opportunity to upgrade some of our equipment and start preparing in a way we have been unable to in prior seasons, which I believe will result in our best on-track performance.”

Since making his Xfinity Series debut in 2012 with Jimmy Means Racing, the 34-year-old driver has amassed 127 starts in the second-tier series, notching a career-best 11th-place result on two occasions, most recently in the February season-opener at Daytona.

Ellis has gained a level of notoriety during his time with Alpha Prime Racing by locking down some substantial partnerships, including Raising Cane’s, Four Loko, and social media platform Snapchat — which will adorn his racecar Saturday at Las Vegas.

This season, with the help of several sponsorship commitments, Ellis was able to lock down his first-ever full-time campaign in one of NASCAR’s National Series, driving the No. 43 Chevrolet for Alpha Prime Racing.

Classic Collision will join Ellis at DGM Racing in 2025, along with several other partners who have supported him over the last couple of years with Alpha Prime Racing.

Ellis brings more than 15 primary partners to the team including, Sweetwater Construction, Southern Elevator, Eclipse Claims, Four Loko, Renascent, Rich Mar Florist, Rolling Plains Construction, Pella Window & Door of Georgia, Dakota Riggers, and many more yet to be announced.

“Having the support of my sponsors through this entire process as I transition to a new team is something I’m extremely grateful for,” Ellis shares. “I wouldn’t be where I am today without each and every one of my partners, their belief in my abilities and their continued support mean the world to me.”

DGM Racing and Ryan Ellis will make additional announcements regarding further sponsorship and personnel for the No. 92 Chevrolet Camaro at a later date.
