RC Enerson will be one of two drivers who will make their NASCAR Xfinity Series debut on Saturday at Road America, when he pilots the No. 07 for SS Greenlight Racing at the longest track currently on the NASCAR Xfinity Series schedule.

Enerson has spent the majority of his professional career driving on road courses, including an impressive five victory season in the U.S. F2000 National Championship in 2014.

The New Port Richey, Florida-native spent 2015 and 2016 driving in the Indy Lights Series, finishing fourth in final standings in 2015, driving for Schmidt Peterson Motorsports. Enerson has since made four IndyCar starts on road courses, with a career best ninth-place finish at Watkins Glen in 2016.

SS Greenlight Racing’s No. 07 currently sits 18th in 2020 NASCAR Xfinity Series Owner Standings, and has been split so far this year by multiple drivers, – Garrett Smithley, David Starr, JJ Yeley, Carson Ware, Gray Gaulding, Jade Buford & Ray Black, Jr. — as part of an agreement between the two teams that allows Rick Ware Racing drivers to be behind the wheel of the No. 07.
