Gray Gaulding will return to the NASCAR Xfinity Series on Saturday Night for his sixth star of the 2020 campaign, piloting the No. 07 Chevrolet Camaro for SS Greenlight Racing in the series’ first visit to Martinsville Speedway in almost 15 years.

The 22-year-old’s effort will be primarily backed by Panini Trading Cards, a loyal sponsor of Gaulding’s racing efforts since he ran full-time in the NASCAR Xfinity Series for SS Greenlight Racing in 2019.

The Colonial Heights, Virginia-native will look to score his third top-ten finish of the season at the half-mile paperclip, the track where Gaulding made both his NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series debut in 2014, as well as his NASCAR Cup Series debut three years later in 2017.

Martinsville Speedway is also the home to one of the most memorable underdog stories in recent years, when Gaulding took an unsponsored start and park Premium Motorsports truck and was able to catapault it into the final round of knockout qualifying, starting the No. 15 Silverado in 12th-place, before having to pull into the garage on lap 26.

SS Greenlight Racing’s No. 07 sits 18th in 2020 NASCAR Xfinity Series Owner Points entering Martinsville Speedway, with the team’s car being shared between multiple drivers throughout the season’s 31 events.
