Tanner Gray went for an insane ride on Monday Night’s Skip’s Western Outfitters 175 at New Smyrna Speedway.

With twenty-two laps to go, a three wide battle for position inside the top ten, ended badly, with Mason Diaz and Tanner Gray being shot into the outside wall off of Turn No. 4.

Gray ended up on his side against the wall, down the front straightaway. Both Gray and Diaz were okay, and Tanner Gray was able to climb from his car under his own power.

The race would continue after a lengthy red flag for an extensive cleanup and the fixing of the catchfence.

Gray will also pilot the No. 15 Truck on Friday Night in the NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series Race on the high banks of Daytona International Speedway, hoping for a result that leaves him with all four tires on the ground.
