Video: Kris Wright Crashes with Stewart Friesen at Texas

Kris Wright is done for the night in his return to the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series after a crash with Stewart Friesen on Lap 146.

Heading into Turns 1 and 2, Wright lost control of his truck, slid up into Mason Massey’s No. 02 Chevrolet Silverado, and this caused Wright to spin directly in front of Friesen.

Friesen had nowhere to go, and plowed into the side of Wright’s No. 1 TRICON Garage machine. The contact sent Wright hard into the outside wall, and then he careened back across the track and slammed into the inside wall.

While Wright is done for the night, Friesen was able to continue on in the No. 52 Chili’s Toyota Tundra.
