For the first time since Daytona in February, Jesse Little and the No. 97 Teletrac Nevman Chevrolet Silverado will hit the track in the NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series event at Charlotte Motor Speedway on Tuesday, May 26th. Tuesday’s event marks the return to action for the NASCAR Truck Series, after a nine-week hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Founded at the end of the 2019 season by Logan Puckett, Owner of Diversified Utility Group LLC, Diversified Motorsports Enterprises plans to run a part-time schedule in the NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series, with full-time NASCAR Xfinity Series competitor and former NASCAR Next driver Jesse Little. Little, the 23-year old from Sherrils Ford, North Carolina drove the No. 97 at Daytona in February, running as high as second, before a late-race accident relegated Little and the No. 97 to a 24th place finish.

Little has three previous starts in the NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series at Charlotte, with finishes of 14th and 16th, driving for JJL Motorsports in 2017 & 2018.

In addition to Charlotte Motor Speedway, Jesse Little and the No. 97 Teletrac Nevman Chevrolet Silverado will return to the track on June 6th at Atlanta Motor Speedway, where Little will attempt to run both the NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series event and the NASCAR Xfinity Series [JD Motorsports No. 4] in one day.

The No. 97 Chevrolet was scheduled to run Dover, Iowa, Chicagoland, Bristol, Las Vegas, Martinsville & Phoenix.
[Note: Events at Iowa and Chicagoland have officially been cancelled by NASCAR, and at the time of publishing, race dates have not been finalized for Dover, Bristol, Las Vegas, Martinsville or Phoenix]
