Throughout the first 11 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series events of the season, Corey Heim has put on an absolute clinic.

The 22-year-old driver has led multiple laps in each event this year, and in Friday’s North Carolina Education Lottery 200 at Charlotte Motor Speedway, collected his fourth win of 2025.

In an event that featured several drivers from the NASCAR Cup Series, including Kyle Busch, the winningest driver in NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series history, Heim showed no mercy.

Pacing the field for a whopping 98 of 134 laps, Heim brought home an easy victory in his No. 11 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro for TRICON Garage, winning by 6.229 seconds over Ross Chastain.

“It feels good to finally get one spot better here and be in Victory Lane,” Heim said post-race. “I remember being here as a kid running the quarter-mile up on the frontstretch in the Summer Shootout. This place has always kind of been my nemesis – even in ARCA, so to come here and finally win, seven years removed from running those legends cars is awesome.”

Heim’s battering of the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series field on Friday allowed him to surpass 750 laps led on the season, a personal best for a single season, and the most in series history through 11 races.

The Marietta, Georgia-native has also surpassed Greg Biffle to move into 11th-place all-time in laps led in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, and is only 102 laps away from unseating Todd Bodine from the top-10.

Ross Chastain, a full-timer in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, scored a runner-up finish for the No. 44 Niece Motorsports Chevrolet. His teammate Kaden Honeycutt finished right behind him, a career-best third.

Layne Riggs brought home a solid fourth-place result carrying the colors of his alma mater, UNC Charlotte, while Kyle Busch was only able to score a fifth-place finish in the No. 7 Spire Motorsports entry.

Grant Enfinger came home in sixth, with Matt Mills, Daniel Hemric, Rajah Caruth, and Brandon Jones rounding out the top-10.

BJ McLeod, making a one-off start in the No. 07 Chevrolet for Spire Motorsports, tied a career-best with a 15th-place result after getting involved in a Lap 72 accident with Chandler Smith, Ty Majeski, and Connor Mosack.

Leaving Charlotte, Corey Heim holds a whopping 100-point lead in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, over Chandler Smith in second place. Daniel Hemric is third, with Tyler Ankrum and Grant Enfinger in the top five.

The series heads to Nashville Superspeedway for the next event, which will take place on Friday, May 30 at 8:00 PM ET, with coverage on FS1, NASCAR Racing Network, and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio Channel 90.
