Ryan Sieg utilized fresh tires to take the lead with three laps remaining in the opening Stage of Sunday’s NASCAR Xfinity Series Contender Boats 250. Sieg set sail and snagged the Stage win, his second Stage win of the weekend and third of his career.

Michael Annett also took fresh tires to a second-place finish in Stage 1.

Austin Cindric, who looked to be the favorite to win the Stage, until cautions allowed some drivers to grab fresh tires, came home third in the Stage in Team Penske’s No. 22 car.

Brandon Jones and Justin Allgaier were fourth and fifth.

Noah Gragson, who started at the rear of the field after unapproved adjustments to his No. 9 JR Motorsports Chevrolet, made his way up to sixth at the end of Stage 1.

Harrison Burton, Daniel Hemric, Timmy Hill and Bayley Currey rounded out the top-10 in Stage 1.
