NASCAR Moves Start Time of Xfinity Series Race to Noon ET on Saturday

Due to forecasted inclement weather, NASCAR has exercised the option to move the start time for Saturday’s NASCAR Xfinity Series Also Uniforms 300 at Charlotte Motor Speedway up by an hour.

Originally, the race was set to begin at 1 PM ET, now the tv broadcast will move to Noon ET. TV coverage will remain on FS1, and the radio broadcast will remain provided by PRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio.

The green flag for Saturday’s race is now set to drop at approximately 12:19 PM ET.

NASCAR has not made any changes to the remainder of Saturday’s schedule. NASCAR Cup Series practice and qualifying are still set for Saturday afternoon following the NASCAR Xfinity Series event.

According to Accuweather, there is an 86% probability of precipitation at Charlotte Motor Speedway in the morning and afternoon on Saturday, while the probability of precipitation moves to 98% in the evening.
