MacLean Power Systems (MPS), an industry-leading supplier for critical infrastructure, is joining forces with Ryan Ellis and Alpha Prime Racing to serve as the primary sponsor of the No. 43 Chevrolet in the NASCAR Xfinity Series event at Charlotte Motor Speedway on May 25.
With three of its key locations just down the road from Charlotte Motor Speedway, in Fort Mill, Newberry, and York, South Carolina, MPS is excited to make its first foray into NASCAR sponsorship with Ellis.
The company is dedicated to keeping America’s power infrastructure performing optimally by supplying world-class products to help build and maintain electrical services to consumers on a global level.

A veteran of 100-plus starts in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, Ellis is tackling his first full-time campaign in any of NASCAR’s National Series in 2024, driving the No. 43 Chevrolet Camaro for Alpha Prime Racing.
In the opening 11 races of the season, Ellis has recorded a pair of top-20 results — a season-best 11th at Daytona International Speedway and a 13th-place result at Dover Motor Speedway. Entering the series’ next race, Charlotte, Ellis sits 24th in the series point standings.

A native of Ashburn, Virginia, Ellis has made three starts in the NASCAR Xfinity Series at Charlotte Motor Speedway, including a top-15 finish with Alpha Prime Racing in 2022, and a pair of top-25 results.
