Congratulations are in order for NASCAR Xfinity Series racer Jeremy Clements and his wife Cortney Clements. The couple welcomed its first child, daughter Kennedy Wren Clements, into the world on Thursday, January 4th.

Clements, a two-time race winner in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, shared the news of the birth of his first child in a post on X, formerly Twitter, on Monday, January 8th.

In the post, Clements wrote, “Meet the new love of our lives, Kennedy Wren Clements! Born January 4th, 7 pounds 15 ounces, 20 3/4.”

The post included four photos of the Clements family’s bundle of joy.

Jeremy and Cortney Clements revealed that they were expecting their first child back in September.

The 38-year-old racer is coming off of a 19th-place championship finish in the NASCAR Xfinity Series in 2023. Prior to 2023, Clements had finished top-15 in the championship standings in nine consecutive seasons.

He will look to bounce back on the race track, while enjoying dad life off of it in 2024.
