Richard Childress Racing (RCR) and two-time NASCAR Cup Series champion Kyle Busch have, for the second time, partnered with global analytics software leader, FICO, in order to advance the brand’s mission of promoting financial literacy awareness and credit education resources.

The nationally-recognized brand will serve as a three-race primary sponsor of Busch and the No. 8 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 throughout the 2026 NASCAR Cup Series campaign, beginning later this month at Martinsville Speedway (March 29).

“We welcome FICO back to RCR and look forward to utilizing the star power of Kyke Busch and the brand recognition of RCR to help highlight the importance of financial literacy to race fans,” said Mike Verlander, President of Richard Childress Racing.

Through this multi-race partnership, FICO will be working with RCR and Kyle Busch to empower people with the knowledge needed to help create a strong financial future. The collaboration creates multiple touchpoints throughout the race season to share practical guidance, highlight the importance of credit knowledge, and empower fans to make more confident financial decisions.

In addition to the Spring event at Martinsville Speedway in March, FICO will also appear on the No. 8 Chevrolet Camaro in the Brickyard 400 at the iconic Indianapolis Motor Speedway on July 26, and the NASCAR Cup Series Chase Race at Phoenix Raceway on October 18.

“A well-rounded understanding of financial literacy is important, and I look forward to working with FICO to help our fans across the country deepen their knowledge and achieve financial independence,” said Kyle Busch, two-time NASCAR Cup Series champion. “Through their credit educational resources, I look forward to helping give NASCAR fans from all walks of life access to financial tools to help them across every phase of life.”

In conjunction with the October event at Phoenix Raceway, FICO will be hosting a free Score A Better Future (SABF) workshop, where FICO credit expert will be explaining how FICO Scores influence lending decisions, outlining the main factors that calculate the FICO Score, and helping participants strengthen their financial education.

“We look forward to working with RCR and Kyle Busch again to inspire NASCAR fans nationwide to take advantage of our free financial and credit education resources and put themselves in the driver’s seat of their financial future,” said Nikhil Behl, President of Software at FICO.

FICO originally partnered with Busch and RCR in 2024, serving as a four-race primary sponsor of the No. 8 Chevrolet Camaro. The best result for the brand aboard Busch’s Chevrolet came at Dover Motor Speedway, with a pole position and a fourth-place result.

Kyle Busch is a two-time champion of the NASCAR Cup Series and a 63-time race-winner. In 2022, Busch joined Richard Childress Racing for the highly-publicized next chapter of his career after leading Joe Gibbs Racing, where he’d spent 15 years.
