There are 40 cars on the entry list for Sunday’s NASCAR Cup Series YellaWood 500 at Talladega Superspeedway, the second of three races in the Playoffs Round of 8.

With up to 40 cars being permitted to start races in the NASCAR Cup Series, no drivers or teams will head home after this week’s qualifying session.

Denny Hamlin, who picked up his 60th career win last weekend at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, will return this weekend behind the wheel of the No. 11 Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota Camry XSE with primary sponsorship from National Debt Relief.

Among the notable entries in the field is Casey Mears, who will reprise his role behind the wheel of the No. 66 Garage 66 Ford Mustang Dark Horse.

Other notables include Austin Hill, driving the No. 33 Richard Childress Racing entry, Anthony Alfredo, driving the No. 62 Beard Motorsports entry, and BJ McLeod, driving the No. 78 Live Fast Motorsports entry.
