There are 38 cars on the entry list for Sunday’s NASCAR Cup Series race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, the opening race of the Round of 8 of the Playoffs.

With up to 40 cars being permitted to start events in the NASCAR Cup Series, no drivers or teams will head home after this week’s qualifying session.

Shane van Gisbergen, last week’s race winner at the Charlotte Motor Speedway Roval, will return behind the wheel of the No. 88 Trackhouse Racing Chevrolet with primary sponsorship from Jockey. Ven Gisbergen, who has set the all-time Rookie record with five wins on the season, will look to pick up his first career win on an oval.

Among the notable entries this weekend is Katherine Legge, who will return to the No. 78 Live Fast Motorsports Chevrolet to make her seventh NASCAR Cup Series start of the season. Legge has two top-20 finishes so far this season, including a 17th-place finish in the Brickyard 400 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

The other notable entry is the No. 44 NY Racing Team Chevrolet, which will be driven by veteran racer, JJ Yeley.

Here is the complete entry list for the 2025 NASCAR Cup Series South Point 400 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, race 33 of 36.
